What this regulation says, in plain English

This is VA's rating schedule for blood and lymphatic system conditions, including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, sickle cell anemia, aplastic anemia, and various anemias and clotting disorders. Cancer-type conditions in this schedule typically get a temporary 100 percent rating during active disease or treatment, then a mandatory follow-up exam sets the rating for any lasting residuals.
